It is essential for everyone to understand that the physical body should not be viewed as a prison. It is merely a temporary house, and we do not need to be limited by it.
We must learn to move beyond this dense form of existence in order to explore the realities of higher realms, visit the Celestial Regions, and travel to other worlds in the vast, infinite space.
When we manage to leave the physical body, a multitude of possibilities unfolds before us. For instance, we can summon loved ones who have passed to the other side and have the opportunity to speak with them personally. By calling to them, these beings may answer our call, allowing for a meeting in the afterlife.
There are black magicians who use the deceased to make them visible and tangible in the physical world, but there is a nobler and deeper way to connect with spirits: going to the regions where they dwell, discovering how they are, and visiting them. Outside of the physical body, we can even summon angels, speak directly with them, and receive their wisdom in a clear, personal manner.
Moreover, it is important to remember that all of us have had past lives and existences. Outside the physical body, we can recall these experiences with clarity and relive them precisely. The key to achieving this transcendence experience is simple and within our reach. Everyone can learn to leave the physical body voluntarily, especially during the transition between wakefulness and sleep.
This process is natural and accessible to all, and I would like to share an experience that illustrates this well. Once, I arrived in a village and found no available lodging, until at the last moment, I was able to get a bed in a shared dormitory. Many others were already sleeping, and I lay down, ready to rest. Around midnight, a man arrived and asked for a place to stay. Since all the beds were occupied, he agreed to sleep on the floor. The owner of the house, moved by his request, provided him with a mattress and pillow.
I was awake and watched what happened next. The man lay on the floor but did not remain still for long. Suddenly, something extraordinary occurred: a grayish cloud, oval-shaped, began to emerge from every pore of his body. It briefly floated and then took the form of the traveler, who looked at me intently before leaving the place with complete normality.
What happened there is a demonstration of what naturally occurs between the states of wakefulness and sleep. The traveler detached from his physical form, and this is something we all do, though unconsciously. I do not claim that the man did this consciously, but this same process can be performed with intention and control.
Know that if someone wishes to leave the physical body at will, it is possible, and it is completely safe when done with proper understanding. The transition between wakefulness and sleep is the ideal moment to experience this separation from the dense form. I believe many may ask, "How can anyone know what exists beyond? How can we be sure this is possible?" I say with conviction: everyone can, if they wish, visit the other world and return to share what they saw.
Whenever I wish to explore the beyond, I take advantage of the moment of drowsiness, that state between wakefulness and deep sleep. In that moment, like the traveler in the story I shared, I gently rise, feeling light, fluid, and almost ethereal. I leave the environment, just as he left the house, and from there, I can travel anywhere on Earth or in the vast universe.
Now, for this to happen, it is necessary not to identify with the physical body. During the process, we must see ourselves as souls, as subtle beings, not as material bodies. When we adopt this perception, we should simply rise from the bed without hesitation. The secret is to perform, not to think. Like the traveler in the story, we must act without doubt or hesitation.
If your desire is to understand the mysteries of the beyond, converse with divine beings or angels, all that is needed is to consciously carry out the experiment, without fear. What truly matters is being aware of the transition moment between sleep and wakefulness, for at that moment, we can free ourselves from the physical body and access higher dimensions.
Often, laziness and physical comfort are obstacles, as blankets and sheets offer us momentary pleasure. But if we truly commit and do not give up on carrying out this process, we will surely achieve our goal. We should not be afraid to leave the physical body, for it is through this act that we can consciously travel, just like the wise ones of the past, who left their bodies to explore the universe, converse with the Gods, and receive divine teachings.
Thus, friends, it is clear the importance of learning to leave the physical body at will. This ability allows us to access the deepest truths about life and death and understand realities beyond our physical world.
